[mirror-admin] Mirror not showing up in mirrorlist?

I noticed that my mirror (mirror.hiwaay.net) is not showing up in the
mirrorlist used by yum for Fedora 9 (base OS).  It is there for F8,
updates, and rawhide, and it is there on the website mirror list for F9,
just not for yum.

It is in sync and shows up in mirrormanager as up-to-date for F9, so I'm
not sure what is happening.
