[mirror-admin] Fedora 10 now public - please fix permissions

Fedora 10 (Cambridge) was released a little over an hour ago.  Thank
you to our hundreds of mirror admins for your donations of time,
server capacity, and bandwidth, to further the goals of Fedora.

As rsync may still be slow this morning as more mirrors pick up F10
content, please manually change the permissions on your
fedora/releases/10/ directory, something like:


chmod a+rx /var/www/html/pub/fedora/linux/releases/10
