[mirror-admin] Fedora 10 coming soon

We're doing the last minute verification of the Fedora 10 content before
opening the directory for mirrors.  It should open in the next hour or
so.  The size standalone is roughly 130G, though lots of that can be
shared with hardlinks to development.

Release is scheduled for Tuesday the 25th at 1500 UTC (10am Eastern US
time)

We're also going to purge all but Fedora 10 Preview from the
releases/test/ directory.  Preview will be purged at or just after
release day.
