I have just now flipped the permission bit on the master mirror.  It
should take a few minutes for this to filter out to our other master
mirror sites, and for the mirror system to start picking it up.  If you
wish, you can manually flip your bits now too, a little early access is
fine, the announcement will go out at 1500 UTC.
