[mirror-admin] ACL request

I'm attempting to get the Icelandic mirror up to speed but 
download?.fedora.redhat.com are extreemly slow for me now. (20-60 K/sec).

If any tier 1 or 2 admin is awake now and could drop our mirror into his or 
her ACL tonight, I'd be very grateful.

[root at speglar ~]# host www.fedora.is
www.fedora.is has address 157.157.130.20
