If you have already downloaded content, and are using 'rsync
--delete', it will delete this now-unreadable content on the next
pass. You should stop your rsync jobs before this happens, and restart
them after the bits have landed and the dir permissions are back to
750.
I stopped the ibiblio tier 0 mirror's cronjob; you can still pull from
there and it won't delete the content, it's got everything except the
Live CD/DVD ISOs. I'll restart it after the bits have landed.
