[mirror-admin] Fedora 9 bits

We're currently pre-staging a Fedora 9 release candidate tree.  If all
things go good tomorrow in testing it will be tree that goes out.  Due
to a small mishap with rsync the pub/fedora/linux/releases/9 directory
had wide open permissions for a bit, that was a mistake.  The
permissions should be 700 for now, and 750 once we're ready for mirrors
to have it.  If you happen to have synced some content please be sure
that the perms go to 700 for now.

I will keep this list posted with the details.
