[mirror-admin] report_mirror failing too many times

report_mirror is failing most times with

I think Matt said this is because there's too much data to be
transfered. Before failures were sporadic but now I must try several
times for each update. It seems the amount of content has increased
(judging from disk space used...) and the limit is being reached.

With the 9-beta being included chances are that report_mirror will
fail even more, making updates rather difficult...
