[mirror-admin] Fedora mirrors: new Tier 0 mirrors / Internet2 joy

To use the 2 Tier 0's I need access - please add
babbage.hrz.tu-chemnitz.de has address 134.109.132.91 and
bonaparte.hrz.tu-chemnitz.de has address 134.109.132.16
this is for fedora.tu-chemnitz.de/rsync.hrz.tu-chemnitz.de
please add also both to the Redhat-ACLs - only the 134.109.132.91 is there.
BTW: I think I get also fedora1 over GEANT ...
