[ale] Local source for Ubuntu 24.04 friendly desktop?

My Dell is pre UEFI and just boots from probably 2005 and boots without
problem with UEFI usb drive.
In truths I`m using Antix Linux which is hybrid type iso image and can boot
UEFI or non UEFI ways.
I also have cheap Intel Z CPU based tablet with win10 which requires UEFI.
The weird part is tablet boots from 32 bit UEFI loader and then continues
with 64 bit live OS.
But choice between UEFi or "normal" way is BIOS selectable.
