One of the most extreme requests I've ever seen.  Wow, cross platform.
It's either a software sandwich that requires encryption with an et phone
home thing, or simply a form that each user swears on their first born that
they are using encryption with a digital signature that can be verified.
FDA requirements can be a real bitch.
