IIRC, SCO not only lost, but was found to be infringing on patents by IBM and others, AND owed millions due to that as well as legal fees. If this company starts their BS again, I expect to see those awards reinstated. Darl McBride and Co. dug so many holes for SCO that this new company is going to start finding them the hard way.
