[ale] Good commercial VPN's

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I'm not quite ready for running my own
VPN, although I need to get to that point.

I've heard of the commercial VPN's mentioned. I'm going to investigate a
little more.

BTW - my basic reason is that I'm tired of giving Google and the US Gov.
everything I do :)
