Exactly why I hated the early versions of KDE 4. Not sure if it is KDE or 
Mageia's tweaks to KDE, but 4.14.5 has toned way down on forcing mobile 
features on desktop users. Looks quite different from my beloved 3.5.9 which 
I have hung on to *far* too long. But functions close enough to what I'm 
used to... Find myself rolling my chair over to the new computer more and 
more frequently as things on the web break. Far less painful than having to 
use Windows!
