[ale] OT: Windows Programming

Go is good at cross compiling if C/C++ isn't a hard requirement.

On EPEL, for example, there's golang-pkg-windows-386.  After installing you
can do in CentOS 6,

  GOOS=windows GOARCH=386 go build hello.go

... and run the resulting hello.exe on a Windows 7 x86_64 machine.
