[ale] [OT] dealing with flu and staying out of the hospital

The salty makes you chug the fluids while helping prevent further fluid
elimination. It also causes the stomach lining to calm after nausea. As
soon as vomiting ceases, the miso soup starts at my house. It has  a 15+
year track record helping the bounce back pick up steam. It is highly
recommend.
