Well, you didn't specify a need for any specific VPS technology or
general specifications for the VPS itself, so I'll assume OpenVZ is
okay with you.  If not, the providers I mention also have KVM
available for a higher price.

I don't use them for SuSE, but CentOS, but ServerDragon(.com) has SuSE
templates for under $5/mo for all but their highest OpenVZ tier with
512Mb memory.

The others I am happy with do not show SuSE as an option.
