That was probably me. I've been using Startcom for three or four years
now, and I have been immensely happy with them. I hold a Class 2
personal ID validation with them, and will be pursuing a Class 2
organization validation for my business sometime in the not too distant
future. I also have a client that uses them. If you issue more than 2
or 3 certificates a year, they are a MAJOR cost savings over everyone
else, and they provide excellent support as well.
