I prefer to write my own html / css using the original material as much
as possible. Most of my experience has been with cleaning up desktop
produced html files from Word, etc. Also, I have found these files flunk
html validationand I tend being very picky about having valid html and css.

Another issue to consider is what html standard the various
programs/conversions produce. Officially the current standard is 4.01
but html 5 support is becoming morecommon with newer browser versions.
The most problematic browser for html 5 are older versions of IE.

Also, I just gotoff the phone with Fat Cow. They assign an account
manager for every account even informational ones. The account manager I
have has aUS accent and is in Arizona. Its notthe accent its the
location that is the problem. Mumbai support is off by about 12 hours
with the US. It is very hard to keep people on the night shift; I worked
night shift for 3 years and it has one major disadvantage that most
people it fouls up their life\. The churn can be very high on the night
shift. They are also 100% Linux.
