If you are giving them away, I like to get about 3 to 5 of them. I
with the South East Linux Fest, they would be great set up for
terminate so people can sign in for themselves not wait inline.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want
to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE
