The real problem for brick & mortar is similar to what Wal-mart did to 
many small town retailers. They must adapt or die, do they provide me 
with a good reason to visit them and to buy from them? If not then they 
will fade away. Also, fewer brick & mortars will be needed to cover the 
same geographical area so it is very critical to adapt.
