I'm in agreement that supporting DVI output and DVI-I connectors
on computing devices is reasonable expectation at this stage in
computer evolution, but only so long as the VGA analog outputs
remain available via those DVI-I or Display Port connectors.
It should remain a simple adapter to get to any of the hundreds
of millions of VGA connected display devices out there and not
wastefully force obsolescence on perfectly useful hardware.
