[ale] Best way to get dual display working (take 2k)

As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. I agree with your
comment on the procedure, but sort of assumed you would have to grab the bag
to get the card out of it. Just didn't bother to put that many words into my
verbal "picture."
