[ale] Creating a website (semi-rant)

Properly done anything works better (agreed).  But too often I see CSS
used wrong...

I haven't delved into HTML5 as I'm still much in the stone ages of
HTML3/4 but trend to XHTML1 for most templates (although I don't do near
as much coding as I used to!)
