More information is required before that question can be answered (see [1]).
You're really asking at least two questions, of which I will answer
the most obvious: "How do I start x11vnc with my X session?"
When you issue `startx` there is a dot file in your home directory
that describes how the X session should be created. This file is your
`.xinitrc` file. As an example, you can view [2] for the xinitrc that
I use on my MythTV box. Notice that on line 20 of [2] I start x11vnc
for the session.
If your system is not reading your xinitrc, then it is probably
reading `~/.xsession` instead.
Without more information about your setup, and your desired goal(s),
this is the only help I can provide.
