[ale] VNC works but keep it running at startup

Friends:

Thank you all for helping me out on the VNC vs RDP discussion.  For what I
am doing I have chosen VNC is a great fit.

Now how to start the x11vnc automatically at start up or for that matter any
program automatically at startup in Linux.
