I think you want,
$ aptitude search '?installed ?origin(backports)'
While you're at it,
$ aptitude install aptitude-doc-en
and read /usr/share/doc/aptitude/html/en/ch02s03.html
The syntax seems wonky at first but it's incredibly powerful. Mostly, it's,
$ aptitude search '?filter ?otherfilter(regex) ?nextfilter'
