Ah, wait a minute, I think I misunderstood the nature of your comment.  I
wasn't proposing a list with those rules for ALE.  I was just describing how
our list was arranged.  If a separate list were set up for OT discussions on
ALE, the only rules I'd propose would involve not taking things personally
and not letting the discussion get out of hand.
