Some weeks it is noon->9pm, or 8pm->6am, or sometimes 7am-4pm/8am-5pm.<br>
And I know I am not the only one that doesnt work 8-5.<br>

I was just describing how our list was arranged. If a separate list were set up for OT discussions on ALE, the only rules I'd propose would involve not taking things personally and not letting the discussion get out of hand. <br>
