Groklaw's latest article points out that the suit was filed by Oracle
America, which is the subsidiary consisting of former Sun Microsystems.
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment!!! That means the Sun employees
unlucky enough to have been able to jump ship are now working in the service
of what one blog has christened SCOracle.
