I would buy a case and PSU separately. Look for a power supply that's 80 Plus certified.

$55 seems price for 250GB. How about 400GB for $50? I've used many of
the Seagate perpendicular recording drives for years without failures
and have friends that swear by them as well. Wish I could say the same
for Western Digital...
