Hi,

I have been trying to cancel my Speedfactory service since December
27th. I was told a 30 day max for getting billed after sending a
cancellation notice to contracts at speedfactory.net. I have never received
a response to any email sent to that address. I have followed that up
with two more emails to the same address.I have called Speedfactory two
or three times so far and they say they have sent a message directly to
the CA office that handles this and that I would receive a call from
them in the next few minutes. Never a callback from anyone. And I am
still getting billed at the end of every month for the service. I was
trying to be "nice" and play by the rules to avoid any issues. I hope
you have better luck than I have. I was a Speedfactory customer since
DirectTV DSL died in 2002.
