Uuh, nope. The proper way to taste _wine_ is to spit. You swallow beer to
judge it properly. It has to do with evaluating
"mouth feel" and other variables. Beer differs from wine in that it contains
a much larger proportion of sugars, which affect not only the aroma and the
taste but also the way the beer feels in your mouth and stomach.
