[ale] Dymo labels

my wife sent me an email from work about Dymo label makers & labels. IT also 
does stamps ( if you get the more expensive model). It says:
directly from Microsoft? Word, WordPerfect?, Outlook?, QuickBooks?, ACT!? and 
other popular software. 

doesn't mention OpenOffice.. Anyone have any experience with these label 
makers??
or alternatives?
