I have dual DSL lines from Speakeasy. I can't speak highly enough of
their techs, support and overall experience. I have an aggregate
9Mb/1.5M service with two lines bonded doing load balancing for about
$225/mo. My actual speed tests show a real rating of ~6/1 which is just
fine for the costs.

Until I saw FiOS
