Well, I guess 'cause it works.  When I installed it, that was the latest 
and greatest.  Since I haven't added any hardware that needs it and it 
does all what I need it to do, why bother upgrading?  Besides when I 
went looking for a version 10 mirror, I didn't find one, so I stopped 
looking.
