Indeed.  Nice job Richard, J.D. too. Thank you.  The purpose of this foo 
is for a setup-iptables script I am creating to help populate the rules 
on a bunch of boxen. 99% of the rules are identical, but some of the 
rules are based on IPs on each box, as well as local subnets.
