[ale] SSH session ends immediately after authentication

Hmm...that sounds weird. I used to have that problem with a V-Shell
server, when using different kinds of shared-key authentication. It
would take password, but depending on the method of shared-key or even
SSH Client (F-Secure SSH, Secure CRT, PUTTY) it would yield different
results.

Turns out it was the way the VSHELL server was set up.

Oh well.
