I think that the cdimage-testing dir is not the Testing release, rather
a place for cdrom testing (hacking).  The business card installer does
not contain the base image, it downloads them.  The +100MB cdimage
contains the base image, but no packages (it downloads them).  The set
of six +650MB cdimages contains the installer, the base image and all
packages.
