[ale] Pan [newsreader] -> help in implementing a new news server

Hi Courtney,
I have seen that happen when the news server is loaded down. Apparently
the process to authenticate and make the initial connection is expensive
to make so they limit the connections. Plus it seems like connection
attempts get tossed out for no good reason if they continue beyond a set
time frame.
Be sure the new server you are pulling from has been entered into the
Pan setup with the correct username and password info.
