[ale] permissions

Files that end in a .h are header files.  You may need the jpeglib 
package.  Yast2 ought to be able to find it for you if it is on the SuSE 
9.2 DVDs.  If not, then rpmfind.net can help or 
http://packman.links2linux.org can really help with SuSE stuff.  What 
are you installing?  Someone might have a specific answer too.  You 
might look into using apt on SuSE as well.
I am a big SuSE user and appreciate it's completeness.
