[James P. Kinney III]

I just got a phone call from a woman in CA wanting to know if my
company, Local Net Solutions, could analyze a burn mark in a rug and
determine the cause of the burn.

She got the number by doing a web search for "testing".

I referred her to a local (to her!) college chemistry department.
