[ale] email backup

This is a personal Outlook setup. The emails are all locally stored on a
laptop that is currently not under any backup routine (arrggh!). I
showed the user how to create multiple mail files within Outlook and
migrate email that way. That solved the immediate 2G file size issue.

I just found the solution to my main issue on this. office.microsoft.com
(search there on "backup outlook") has a personal folders backup tool so
people can have an automatic process that backs up the mail folder.
