ditto here as well, except that I don't see any connection drops (i'm 
usually online late fridays and saturdays feeding my online-gaming 
addiction). I've got 3M/384k, which works out to a practical 2.5M/300k 
connection that is very consistent.

support rocks too, though its not 24x7 for home accounts.
