Yep.  I'm playing with it now.  I haven't run across any show-stopping
issues, but I am getting a little annoyed with some of the yum updating
stuff.  I finally downloaded the yum updates to my web server, and am
trying to update from there, and am getting stuck in dependency limbo.  

Remember to modify your /etc/yum.conf to use a yum mirror other than
Redhat.
