[ale] Red Hat Linux Project Merges With Fedora

Almost like the happy life Gentoo users live?  Well, it's *almost* happy
- there are things like having it take a couple days to compile xfree86
on giveaway-speed computers...

(I should point out that there ARE ways to keep from having to do that
but there are some synchronization risks involved that I'd just as soon
not incur)
