That latter name sounds like it's *meant* to be an open AP. It refers  
to the hacker movie "Sneakers" (in case you didn't recognize it). Of  
course, it could be an AP hacked to stay open, as well, but that seems  
unlikely, as many people would have to enter that new name  
intentionally when it was changed (without auto-roaming on...hm.)
