There are such things, but since they can't sell 'em by the millions, they 
aren't advertised much and aren't stocked in computer stores.

or http://www.prairiedigital.com/ for a variety of boards in the $100 -- $300 
range. 

About the only place such companies can afford to advertise is Nuts & Volts
