[ale] Konqueror bothering

Thanks Jim, Micheal, and da Black Baron!!

Unchecking the Kilpper Action did the trick.  I hadn't done this earlier 
  'coz I didn't have the Klipper icon on my KDE Panel.  I enabled the 
Klipper to show up in the panel and then unchecked the "Enable Actions"
