[ale] Security Scan?

  I'm thinking I'd like to hit my box from outside with a good
security/port scan (ala nessus+nmap).  Anyone know anything good I can
aim at my firewall?  I've locked it down pretty well but I want to make
sure I'm not forgetting something stupid.
